1. Educational Nature of the Service

AyuNitya is developed and provided exclusively as an informational and personal wellness journaling tool. The application is designed to introduce users to classical Ayurvedic lifestyle concepts, traditional Dinacharya habits, and procedural overviews of Panchakarma.

The service is NOT a medical diagnosis, prescription, or clinical treatment tool. Nothing contained within the app should be interpreted as medical advice or used to substitute professional clinical consultations with a licensed physician or Ayurvedic practitioner.

2. User Accounts and Security

When creating an account with AyuNitya, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful contact information (name and valid email address).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and access tokens.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your authenticated account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational articles, Panchakarma module summaries, graphics, design system tokens, layout structures, and logos created for AyuNitya are the intellectual property of AyuNitya and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read educational content solely for personal, non-commercial wellness study. You may not republish, scrape, commercially redistribute, or modify our educational content without prior written permission.

4. User-Generated Reflections and Data Ownership

You retain full intellectual ownership of the personal reflections, notes, and custom habit titles you create in your wellness journal. By posting journal entries, you grant us only the limited license necessary to store, backup, and display them back to your authenticated devices.

You agree not to use the application to store unlawful, threatening, infringing, or abusive material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our API infrastructure.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We continuously improve AyuNitya. We may update, add, or refine features, educational articles, or interface designs without prior notice. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AyuNitya and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the educational content, journal, or lifestyle suggestions in the app.
